Had to visit customer services today. There was nobody available & seemed to be some confusion as to who was responsible for this service. It would be helpful if there was a bell for customers who required this service to ring to get attention. Overall I was disappointed with this visit to the glenrothes store.
Great produce and service. The clothes part is a bit all over the place tho hard to find what I was looking for. Other than that friendly staff and always happy to help

I shop at the Co-op at Cadham on a regular basis. Their fresh foods are of very good quality. The tins of fruit and soups are a little expensive. Lovely friendly and helpful staff.
I get all my Dailly needs out off here very friendly staff except 1 older woman who doesn't ask u for us coop card which she's ment to u put down a pile off shopping and she doesn't offer u a bag either just really not a people person
